storage test

ok well, better late than never. instead of continuing to bloat my email inbox with daily lists of things to read (i've got copies of articles stored there from years ago) i'm gonna start listing it and keeping the links here, like i should have been doing all along.

but changing the format and colors here inspired me i guess. something did.
