another new moon has come and gone and another fat tuesday but it's a skinny fat since katrina's visit. it seems like yesterday since all those things happened. yesterday the moon was new.

the new moon before this present one was about one moon (cycle) ago. katrina blew through new orleans about six moons ago. the last fat tuesday was about twelve moons ago.
