on the cheerful subject of global warming, here's the latest: it seems from various scholarly studies, that the food habits of the human species are the major heating-up factors on the planet. these factors are factory farms and the livestock they feed, breed and slaughter.

the human species is killing itself by clearing the forests to make grazing lands for the livestock, and since the forests are now gone, they are unable to filter the carbon from the air. in the newly created pastures, the livestock continually eat and fart and belch methane into the already polluted atmosphere.

then we take the doomed livestock to market on carbon burning vehicles where they end up in the factory farms where they make more pollution with refuse of every sort... and then we transport them again to supermarkets and restaurants for the carnivors of the human species to consume.... or something like that. and what does it take to escape that vicious circle? easy.
become a vegan misanthropic pariah like me, no problem.
